Common questions
How does the scan work? We read the public content of the page you enter and use AI to score how clearly it describes your business. The full report adds downloadable files that make that description available to AI tools.
Where are my files? They're on the success page you were sent to after payment. If you closed it, contact us with your checkout email and we'll send the link.
Can I get a refund? The full report is a digital product delivered instantly, so purchases are generally final. If something went wrong, reach out within 14 days and we'll make it right. See our Terms of Service for details.
