Better discovery starts with a website that can be read and understood.
IndexGrid helps you improve the website foundations for search visibility and AI recommendations: access to public pages, clear business information, and structured content. Here is what our checks can tell you.
Discovery and indexing eligibility
We inspect crawler access and indexing or snippet restrictions on the pages we read. Removing an unintended restriction can remove a barrier, but only a search engine can decide whether to index a page. We do not confirm index status. Training opt-outs are separate from search crawler access.
Business information and AI recommendations
We look for clear services, business details, useful answers, and structured data. These checks help you improve the information available to search engines and AI. They do not measure whether an assistant has mentioned or recommended your business, or predict rankings.
What your Website Readiness Score means
The score summarizes our checks: business clarity (25%), content coverage (20%), structured data (20%), readability (20%), and trust signals (15%). Each point has supporting evidence. It is not a probability of being recommended. Indexing restrictions appear separately so a high average cannot hide a blocker.
Coverage and supported content
We read up to eight representative public pages. Website-content analysis currently supports English; the interface is available in English and Spanish. JavaScript-only content and unavailable pages can limit the assessment. Findings apply to the pages read.
Using suggestions and website files
AI-written summaries and FAQs are drafts to review for accuracy. Public exports use website source facts. Optional llms.txt and ai-profile.json files do not guarantee indexing or AI recommendations. Publish schema only where the corresponding content is visible, and review every change before installation.
What Monitor verifies
Monitor checks whether the website condition behind a recommendation still applies. Marking a change done requests verification; it does not mark it verified. Verified fixes are evidence of website improvements, not confirmation of indexing or AI mentions. Methodology changes establish a new score baseline.
